Type: 6 – 12 months internship
Location: Amsterdam Office
Incentive Europe is a destination management company based in Amsterdam with offices in Paris, Barcelona and Beijing. For over 15 years we bring Chinese MICE groups and high-end tourists to Europe. Incentive Europe is one of the leading companies in Europe when it comes to handling of groups, organizing events and congresses or preparing creative incentives.
YOUR JOB
As Junior Project Manager you will work closely together with the Senior Project Managers. You will help them with making itineraries, quotations and do as much as possible to keep the customers satisfied during their trip. We believe you will get better week by week. After a couple of months you will get your own group and get the chance to show the Incentive Europe Team everything what you have learned so far.
Furthermore, you will be responsible to create our weekly newsletter and set up and maintain our social media accounts in China.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a pro-active and positive student who has an eye for details.
Furthermore, it would be great if you have/are…
• Big interest in Europe as a travel destination;
• Educational background in tourism;
• Client and result focused;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Able to setup and maintain Chinese social media accounts;
• Fluent written and verbal communication of Mandarin;
• Good written and verbal communication of English.
